Please indicate here any information that we should be familiar about your camper. A challenging year in school academically or socially, recent changes in family structure, a recent move, or a complicated health-care requirement all can be very useful background knowledge and will be shared with staff “as needed” by the directors. Please note any thing at all which may affect the time at camp. Additionally, we love to hear about accomplishments and joyful news too! Thank you!

We generally house campers by grade level first and age second. We will try to honor cabin mate requests if possible. Please list no more than TWO (2) persons in your own grade/age. If your camper is coming from the same town or school in a group larger than four, we welcome a discussion about cabins, but know that we would not plan to place them all together.

Betsey Cox believes that learning to swim is a life skill that all children should have access to. Camp has an excellent swim lesson program and we offer a daily unstructured free swim. We will be sending out a “Swim Agreement” in our family packet in the spring for your family to discuss and sign. It will allow us to be in agreement with a swim lesson plan for each camper. Thanks! Please share your camper’s current swim level if known.
