The Betsey Cox camper program is for campers completing 3rd grade through completing 8th grade.
Our Leadership program is for people completing 9th (BC Leaders), 10th (Muggies), and 11th grade (Staf). Supplemental questions to the camper application will be sent in October or upon receipt of an application.
Campers and BC Leaders may sign up for any session, or combination of sessions!
*All sessions begin on Sunday and end on Saturday*

We encourage all returning campers to sign up for three weeks or more.
Early Enrollment: 3% off for sign-ups by December 31
BC’s non-refundable early enrollment deposit is $500 due with our enrollment application. Half of the tuition balance is due by March 1 and the remaining balance by June 1. PLEASE MARK YOUR CALENDARS.
Regular Enrollment
The regular non-refundable deposit is $350 due with our enrollment application. Full or half the payment is due June 1 and the remainder when your camper joins us at camp, unless another arrangement has been made.
Sibling Discounts
Sibling discounts of 3% are offered to families sending siblings or combinations of siblings to Betsey Cox and Sangamon. Take 3% off EACH child’s tuition. Separate checks should be written to Camp Sangamon and Camp Betsey Cox.
Bring-a-friend Reward
Bring a new family to Camp Betsey Cox or Camp Sangamon. Earn $150 for each new family you bring to Betsey Cox. And/or, earn a $100 “thank you” if you refer a family with boys to Camp Sangamon. Available to returning campers only. Please send us a note to claim this award.
Special Offers for 2023
“5 for 5”-5% discount for Sisters for 5 weeks: Sign up for 5 weeks with your sister and receive a 5% discount off each girl’s tuition. This special offer replaces the usual 3% sibling discount.
Refunds and Cancellations
Summer 2024 Refund Policy:
We plan to welcome a healthy, happy community for summer 2024. If national, state, ACA, local officials, or we as camp directors determine that camp cannot open safely for all or some portion of the summer, enrollment deposits and tuition payments made toward this summer will be fully refundable. With an eye toward the future, registered families will have the option to roll payments and deposits forward to summer 2025 if they are able, or to make a donation to camp. If Camp is open, but your family elects to withdraw after March 15th and before May 1, all payments made beyond the deposit will be returned. If there is a cancellation or a reduction in session length requested after May 1st, no payments will be refunded.
